A few minutes walking and you enter the famous "Tuerkenschanzpark" where you enjoy 150 000 square meters of nature. Spacious lawns, lakes and waterfalls invite walks, sports and relaxation. You watch ducks in the water, walk your dog, play soccer or volleyball or have fun with your kids on one of the several playgrounds. In ten minutes you find the "Schlosspark" with deer, minizoo and playgrounds.

Public transport:

Tram 40 and 41 (also night bus) take you easily within 15 minutes directly to "Ringstrasse" and University (Schottentor) in the heart of the city. From local train station Gersthof (S45) you travel just a few minutes to Heiligenstadt (U 4) or Ottakring (U 3) or Huetteldorf, where you have just 10 minutes to Schoenbrunn Palace. Bus 10a and tram 9 take you around to the outer districts of Vienna. This variety of public transportation covers all Vienna and you take an easy ride to all sights and points of interest: city center and St. Stephans, Castle and Opera House, museums, theaters, Concert Hall, Belvedere Castle, recreation center Danube Island, train stations, UNO City, hospitals, etc. It takes just 15 minutes to the world famous "Heurigen" villages of Grinzing, Sievering, Poetzleinsdorf and Dornbach. And you enjoy hiking, biking and eating out in the Vienna Woods without changing tram or bus.
